This is a state of the art, fully accredited Training Centre in Blackburn which delivers over 50 types of training from IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) and PASMA(Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ & Manufacturers’ Association) through to abrasive wheels and first aid courses. Following steps to improve the company’s operational efficiency, the entire business is now powered by the Syrinx hire and asset management system from Higher Concept Software. Syrinx is used on 30 PCs across the One Stop Hire network and integrated with Sage accounting software.

One of the company’s it acquired had also just made the transition to Syrinx.

Higher Concept’s experience and planning made the implementation a smooth process and its training programme brought staff up to speed prior to going live. This meant a potential hurdle and resistance to change was alleviated and the major task was completed without any major issues.
